Welcome to Inside The Comfort Zone
Hi, I’m Adam Kawalec. I’ve been exploring how change and performance can happen from INSIDE THE COMFORT ZONE for close to a decade now. On my mission to end suffering, by defining personal and professional development, I support individuals and teams in making things happen with greater ease and more confidence. I’m here to show you how you can achieve change, performance or success the easy way.
Change doesn’t have to be hard!

If It’s Not Fun, Then What’s The Point?
Some might think that wanting things to be fun is a childish desire. But I happen to think that enjoying life is one of the most natural goals we have. If it’s not fun, then what’s the point?!
As a life and business coach, teacher and founder of an internationally recognised personal trainer school, with a corporate background as a top-level leader I’ve both lived and heard it all when it comes to how change is hard.
And throughout all of the above experiences I’ve come to discover that not only can CHANGE be fun, it can be easy too.
Perhaps you’ve experienced burnout or gone through bouts of depression and are looking for a more balanced and sustainable way back to getting sh*t done.
Perhaps you’re an over-thinker or over-achiever, and you’re someone who’s tried a great many things but still hasn't made the progress you desire, or you might be struggling with taking the first step because you feel overwhelmed or scared.
Here you’ll find some of my best tips, strategies and tools to make things happen with more ease, fun and with lasting results. It’s a great place for when you’re looking to get unstuck and get things done whether it concerns life or work.
Personal Support
I’m available to talk about how you can make a change in life or at work with more ease, how to feel more confident, how to put motivation on speed dial and how to go from inaction to being in action.

The Podcast
On a mission to end suffering in the world, I produce and publish my podcast Inside The Comfort Zone with (me) Adam Kawalec, redefining personal and professional development in the age of hustle and burnout.
The podcast features solo episodes with me sharing tips, thoughts and inspiration for easily handling change and improving any area of your life.
Occasionally, I have guest interviews that inspire and educate you with real-life stories and practical tactics.
Sporadically throughout each month a fresh 20-minute “explainer-type” episode gets released, helping you create more ease and joy without stressing and efforting in life, business and beyond.
The Book
The launch of Inside The Comfort Zone was always about writing a book on the topic of how to change, perform and succeed inside the comfort zone. In everything I create and share there’s the patient birthing of the book, where all the pieces are being assembled out in the open and in collaboration.
When you subscribe to Inside The Comfort Zone, and when you listen to the podcast you’re already part of the Comfort Zone Revolution.
As I gain more clarity on the book outline, and once I start writing I will be letting subscribers become beta-readers and help me steer the book in the direction of being massively helpful.
Stay with me, and thank you for being you — now, if you haven’t already become a subscriber (aka Insider) please enter your email below.
